AMAZING CS
Although I was sent the incorrect colour of shoes (still obsessed) I was assisted amazingly by both Helena and Anna from the CS staff through Instagram! I can’t thank them both enough for their help. Public Desire do everyone a favour and give these girls a pay rise!!

I got the wrong size sent to me and they were quick to respond and send me the pair I needed and were very helpful and I appreciate the speed in responding, Marie helped me and she was nothing but kind and attentive!

I buy a pair of shoes from Public Desire. When I gave them, i wasn’t satisfied about they quality. I write a letter to Public Desire customer service and we found solution whitch was good for both sides.
I recomend the shop, if there will be any problems you will find solution, because of their friendly customer service.
Delivery Refund
Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive on time despite paying for next day delivery, however once I mentioned this to the team I was refunded the delivery fee immediately! So quick and helpful, and their shoes are amazing quality! Thanks for your help Anna :)

my shoes arrived on time and were super beautiful, but unfortunately had a manufacturing defect!! i emailed the support team and after sending photos of the defect, marie offered me a refund straight away! really appreciative that she was so easy to deal with and did not make the process stressful at all, 10/10 customer service!!

Faulty shoes dealt with quickly!
I had bought some shoes for myself and my daughter she wore hers once and sadly they broke. I got on to customer services and Marie who looked after me was very efficient and excellent to deal with. I sent on photos of the faulty shoes and Marie sent me a pair straight away in express post. No stress will definitely buy more shoes from them!
Gorgeous shoes
I love my shoes so much that I’ve ordered in a different colour, before even wearing :) They arrived quickly and are gorgeous, I’d seen similar elsewhere but were around £1000. Ordered one size bigger due to being pointed toes, and backless, glad I did, fit perfectly!!
